Sapphire

Ultra Rare Sapphire Division

Ultra-rare, untreated royal blue sapphires of exceptional size and verified origin.

Direct-source structures. Institutional-grade documentation.
Non-public inventory.

Every introduction follows a structured confidentiality, verification, and escrow framework.

Access to such assets may be structured in different ways, depending on the nature of the opportunity and the stage at which an asset becomes available.

Direct Asset Acquisition

In its most established form, ITC-Invest structures and facilitates the direct acquisition of fully identified gemstone assets.
These assets are typically:

- already extracted and secured
- assessed and documented
- positioned for immediate or near-term market placement

Each transaction is executed as a direct acquisition, with full transparency regarding pricing, documentation, and ownership structure.

ITC Origin Strategy

In addition to direct acquisition, ITC-Invest structures access to origin-level transactions arising under non-standard market conditions.

In such situations, assets become available due to immediate liquidity requirements at the ownership level.

These transactions occur outside conventional market channels and require direct origin relationships.

Each opportunity is structured individually and executed as a direct transaction with a single principal counterparty.

The Origin Strategy is fundamentally transaction-driven rather than product-based.

Selected Exceptional Gemstones

While ITC-Invest maintains a primary focus on ultra-rare sapphires, select opportunities may arise in other exceptional gemstone categories.

Such opportunities are not actively marketed and are made available only on a case-by-case basis through established origin relationships.

These may include rare gemstones with comparable characteristics in terms of:

- size
- rarity
- natural integrity
- and international market relevance

All such transactions follow the same principles of discretion, verification, and structured execution.

Access to all opportunities is subject to individual qualification and verification.
