Direct Asset Acquisition
ITC-Invest facilitates direct acquisitions between sellers and buyers of individually identified gemstone assets.
These assets are typically:

available for a privately negotiated sale.
Pricing, ownership documentation and transaction terms are reviewed by the parties and their independent advisers. The purchase agreement is concluded directly between seller and buyer. Payments are made between the parties or through their appointed independent service providers; ITC-Invest does not receive, hold or transmit client funds.

ITC-Invest also facilitates privately introduced transactions through established origin relationships.
Such opportunities may arise where an owner seeks a timely sale outside conventional market channels.
